Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Draft under legal review. This text may still change before it becomes final.
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadsBlender LLC collects, uses and shares personal information for its own websites, inquiries, sales, accounts, purchases, workshops, coaching, training, communities, consulting, project delivery, support, marketing, software, portals and AI enabled offerings.
1. Scope and roles
This policy covers personal information that LeadsBlender LLC collects or decides how to use for its own business.
When a business customer uses LeadsBlender to manage its own contacts, leads, customers, funnel visitors, conversations, campaigns and CRM records, that customer decides how that information is used and LeadsBlender processes it on the customer’s documented instructions. In that case the customer’s own privacy notice and our Data Processing Addendum with that customer apply, not this policy. If you want to exercise rights over such records, contact the business named in the message, form or service. We will route or assist with your request as the agreement and the law require.
We may separately control our own account, billing, security and business relationship records, even while we process a customer’s CRM data.
2. Information we collect and where it comes from
Depending on the service you use, information may include:
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, business, role, email address, postal address and phone number, which you give us in an inquiry, registration, order or message.
- Account and transaction details, such as your login, account preferences, orders, subscription and payment status, invoices and support history, from you or from our checkout and platform providers.
- Participation and submitted content, such as workshop or coaching registrations, attendance, questions, recordings, community posts, uploaded material, prompts and responses.
- Business project material, such as briefs, websites, marketing assets, campaigns, workflows and implementation messages you share with us.
- Device, usage and marketing signals, such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, referral URLs, form and page events, cookies, pixels and campaign attribution.
- Communications, such as emails, calls, texts, chat messages, appointments and support tickets you send or receive.
- Information from third parties, such as a referral, an advertising or social platform, or an integration you connect.
Please do not submit sensitive medical, biometric, government ID, card authentication or children’s information through general forms, the CRM or AI features unless a specific workflow has been agreed for it.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Answer inquiries, provide estimates and contracts, and register participants.
- Deliver the services you bought and support you.
- Run accounts and billing and send operational notices.
- Secure our systems and investigate misuse.
- Keep business and legally required records.
- Improve a service using appropriately authorized data.
- Market our own offerings where the law allows.
We do not treat a customer’s CRM information as an asset for our own marketing, model training or unrelated product improvement.
4. Legal bases where EU or UK law applies
Where EU or UK data protection law applies to an activity, we rely on: the performance of a contract or steps you asked for before a contract, to answer requests and deliver orders and accounts; legal obligations, for invoicing, tax and required records; legitimate interests, after balancing, for security, fraud prevention and essential operations; and consent where it is required, for marketing messages, non essential cookies and pixels, recordings and testimonials. US law does not use one universal legal basis system, and this section does not mean EU or UK law applies to every activity.
5. Sharing, vendors and international handling
We may share personal information as needed with our personnel and contractors under appropriate duties; with services you ask us to connect; with the hosting, CRM, messaging, conferencing, payment, analytics, advertising, support and AI providers we use; with professional advisers; with authorities where the law requires it; and with a successor in a business transaction, with appropriate notice and safeguards.
Some CRM offerings run on an upstream platform provider. That provider has its own privacy notice, and this policy does not replace it. A customer that holds its own account with such a provider may have a direct contract with that provider.
Information may be accessed or processed in the United States and in other countries, depending on the provider and configuration. Where EU or UK transfer rules apply, we use a valid transfer mechanism for the transfer concerned.
6. AI, profiling and automated workflows
If you use an AI enabled feature, it may receive the prompts, documents, conversation contents and context supplied to it, and may produce drafts, summaries, recommendations or responses. Automations may route leads, send approved communications, update CRM stages, schedule follow up and measure funnel performance.
A customer is responsible for the lawfulness of its own source data and outreach. We remain responsible for our own acts and for the measures assigned to us by contract. Human review should come before consequential decisions and before anything is published or sent externally.
7. Marketing and your choices
Our promotional messages identify us as the sender and give you a practical way to stop further marketing of that kind. Service and transaction messages may continue after you opt out of marketing where appropriate.
Customers who run their own campaigns through our CRM and funnels must set up lawful collection, consent records, suppression and opt outs for their own audiences. Questions about a customer’s campaign should go to that customer. We will assist where required.
8. Retention, deletion and security
We keep information for as long as its purpose, the continuing relationship, a customer’s documented instructions, legal obligations, dispute preservation and provider or backup limits require. When that period ends, we delete, deidentify or restrict the information. For customer CRM data, the Data Processing Addendum sets out the return and deletion method.
We use risk appropriate technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage removes all risk.
9. Your rights and requests
You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, preferences or other rights available to you. We assess each request under the laws that actually apply, verify identity where appropriate and explain any exceptions. If a business customer controls the record, that customer normally handles the request and we assist on its instructions.
10. Children, third party sites and changes
Our business and educational services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
External sites and integrated services have their own practices. This policy only covers data for which LeadsBlender LLC decides the purposes and means.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be dated and communicated as the law requires.
